Bjørn Andersen have a background from the Norwegian Airforce as an avionics technician. He started as a ROV trainee in 1998 and worked up to become and Offshore Manager in 2012.

In 2018 he started as ROV and AUV manager responsible for a fleet of 6 work class ROV's and 16 AUV's. The ROV department was built from zero, and served several international clients.
